After repentance, when you surrender your life fully to God, He begins a beautiful transformation in you. You are no longer the person you used to be. Through His Spirit, God renews your heart and mind. You become a new creation.
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new is here!” – 2 Corinthians 5:17
When you walk with God, you begin to see the world differently. You stop loving what you used to love. Your heart turns away from sin, and you desire holiness. That’s not something you forced—it’s the work of the Holy Spirit within you.
You may not be a preacher, but your life can preach. When people see the change in how you speak, live, and treat others, they will see Jesus in you.
“Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” – Matthew 5:16
Becoming new is not about trying harder. It’s about surrender. True change doesn’t come from you—it comes from Jesus living in you.
“I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.” – Galatians 2:20
And as He lives in you, He fills your life with joy, peace, and purpose. A new creation is not perfect—but it is forgiven, growing, and full of hope.
“Lord, I surrender my life to You. Make me new. Change my heart and fill me with Your Spirit. Let my life reflect Your love and truth. Use me for Your glory, that others may come to know You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
